Senior year isn’t just about nice photos in a field. It’s about capturing who you are before everything changes. This is your season — your style, your interests, your personality.


Before your session, we’ll talk through what matters to you so your portraits feel custom, creative, and completely your own. No cookie-cutter sessions. No awkward posing. Just images that feel like you.

Senior year moves fast.  Between schedules, milestones, and everything ahead, this season can feel overwhelming.


Your senior portraits should not add stress. My role is to guide the process from start to finish — planning, styling, and designing artwork that preserves this moment before it slips by. You don’t have to figure it out alone.


Because this season deserves to be remembered beautifully.

The process

STEP 01

 

bOOK A CALL!

This is just a super informal chat where we can talk about your senior and I can explain my process and pricing and answer any questions!

STEP 02

 

Book a session!

After our call I'll send you a Senior Brochure outlining what we talked about on the phone, and give you the opportunity to book a session. To book, all I need is a $175 retainer to hold your day, and a contract signed.

STEP 03

 

Consultation

This is the time I get to really get to know you and what you're hoping to get out of your session. We'll chat about locations, wardrobes, and what special things you'd like to incorporate into your session.

STEP 04

 

Photoshoot

This is the day we make the magic happen. We'll meet up and have fun and get great images! From the gym to the fields, to city streets at sunset, whatever we preplanned, it's happening!

STEP 05

 

online gallery

I will prepare your gallery and a couple of weeks after your session you'll get a link to view your slideshow and see your images. This is a great time to get your family together to view the images and really take them in, and it happens all from the comfort of your own home!

STEP 06

 

order prints & Products

Throughout the process you will have become aquainted with my offerings. From wall art to albums, to gifts to give friends and family, you'll defintely want some awesome heirloom quality art to remember your session by! Everything is ordered through my online store connected to your gallery.

STEP 07

 

product delivery

Production and delivery of your products can take up to 3 weeks, depending on what you buy. Items are dropshipped directly to you so you can get your items as quickly as possible.

FAQ

This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?

First off, I just want to reassure you that I've done this for nearly a decade. So I've got you. Even before your shoot, we'll have met, and you'll have received location and prep guides to help build your confidence and excitement. I'll pose you and adjust you, and snap away, and your curated final gallery is going to be all the images of you looking your authentic best!

 

Are the travel expenses included in your packages?

Yes. I do like to explore new areas in and around Southern Illinois. I will travel within reason. I do have some "bucket list" locations I'd love to shoot at that are included at the end of the location guide if you are feeling adventurous!

 

Can you recommend any good locations?

 

After booking a session you will receive a location guide with plenty of examples of areas I've photographed at that can help you begin to see what you really like. If you have any fun shoot locations, I'd love to hear them!

 

What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?

I mainly schedule my sessions on Saturdays, or periodically, on weekdays. Sunday's are left open for reschedules in case of rain. I watch the weather like a hawk as your session approaches and if it looks like rain will pass we will still attempt a shoot. If it's really wet and drab outside, we can reschedule.

Investment

 

Session Fee - $175

 

Your session fee covers all our communications before your session, including your planning consultation, where we really get to brainstorm for your session. Your session day is not timed, but is based on where we want to go and how many outfits you want. On average, sessions take around 2 hours.

Online store - $500 minimum investment

Prints, albums, and wall art are available in my online store.
