In Senior Inspire Magazine!!!

Senior Inspire is an online and print magazine showcasing some of our industry's top senior photographers. I've been following their FB page for some time, mainly for inspiration on what I hope to accomplish someday. Nick Porcaro, creator of Senior Inspire, has weekly inspire posts based on some topic like "Stairs", "the color red" or "cars" or any idea he can come up with (and there's been some weird ones), but the posts are usually FULL of amazing talent. So I usually sit back and stare at all the beautiful images and dream a bit.

This year I have felt like a beam of light has fallen upon my business, illuminating the direction God wants me to take it. The more I walk on this path the clearer it becomes for me and I am SO EXCITED! Not only do I feel like I can bring an amazing senior experience to clients, but I believe the focus will allow my work to blossom even more!

Cue "the contest"

I've seen this contest over the years. Hundreds of photographers enter it and are only allowed to submit images they took the previous year. I believe 2024 was my best year yet and so 15 minutes before midnight on the deadline of submissions, I submitted my top 10 images. I just kept putting it off because I honestly didn't think I could compare to some of the massive talent in the industry. On February 3 Nick posted that the submissions were closed and over 2,500 images were submitted! See his post below!
