A Benton Family Session
I've always wanted to do a photo session of a family in front of their own home. I think there is something so special about using the home as a primary location. It's unique to the family and has more meaning to them than selecting another pretty location to shoot in. Printing and displaying artwork like this tells a story of a family and is one that becomes heirloom art that gets passed down through the generations.
Jenna was searching for a family photographer on the local Facebook group. My friend Dawn, whom I've done photos for before, recommended me, and so Jenna reached out. I'm always grateful to my clients who recommend me because there's no better compliment I can receive than for you to tell your friends and family that you loved working with me. I connect with such great people that way.
Jenna's home is gorgeous. It was hot and muggy, so we moved fast, and her family was truly great. We then went to Nathan's parents' property by a big pond for the rest of our session. It truly was a great session.
