Coming together in community
Today the family headed downtown to enjoy the annual Fall-O-Ween in Benton, Illinois. I'm not too sure how many years they've been doing it, but I greatly enjoyed this year. It was held at Capital Park in the corner of the Square in Benton and had trunk-or-treat, food trucks, and various vendors, as well as live music by Shannon Arview. The atmosphere was just wonderful as kids ran and played, and friends gathered to visit and listen to Shannon. I had just come from Marion from shooting some HOCO mini-sessions, and had my camera on me, so I walked around and took photos of the vendors and some photos for my niece and nephew and their mom.
