The Perfect Senior Session
If Ayla looks familiar, it's because you've already seen her here on the blog when I covered her model session. Her model session went so incredibly well that I had a pretty good idea how her senior session would go. We packed a lot into her session day.
I could say so much about this session, and I really believe the images will speak for themselves. So instead, I'd like to take a moment to speak to the fact that the more into your session you are in the planning process, the better your session will turn out. We knew off the bat that Ayla wanted to shoot at the salon that means so much to her. She also really wanted beach photos with her new dress, downtown photos, and cheer photos. We filled in the gaps with what was convenient along the way, like the street outside the salon, and the flowers (weeds) off the road on the way to Rend Lake. She was invested in her session long before it took place. Her excitement built up over the preceding weeks, and on session day she really shone bright.
Session planning begins as soon as you're booked. You receive several guides, including a location guide and a prep guide. You also fill out a survey to help me get to know you more. We share pins on a shared private Pinterest board, and you are welcome to text me outfits you've chosen. We build the session completely around you and what you want. The more you put into it, the more you'll love the finished product!
